„B(l)oom“
Idea: “To paint the vaults in the Lukiškės Remand Prison with flowers”
A necessary condition: all of the flowers in the fresco must be poisonous. Before that I will make a catalogue. But the prisoners and prison guards will not know it. It will just look like a beautiful fresco with lovely flowers at the first glance. But in fact, it is a threat. A Trojan horse. A Flowers’ Strategema. I want to poison them. Am I committing a crime? A symbolic graffiti. Still, all sides will be satisfied. The artist sews in meaning known only to herself.
Perhaps my fresco and I, painting it, will help them become better, and show them an example? But I’m neither Algirdas Gataveckas nor his brother Remigijus and I’m not trying to be, by no means, I don’t believe that I can positively influence them or that I’m some kind of bearer of goodness.
